Lake Basin Region Centre for theology Annual Conference will be held on 25th January 2023.
Theme: The necessity of being steadfast in the service of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ in the Dynamic and Challenging Context of the 21st Century.

Welcome to Lake Basin Region Centre for Theology

Dear valued Partner,
We pride in providing quality training that enables ministers to serve the church of Jesus Christ effectively and according to Col 1:28. Being an interdenominational evengalical Christian institution, we have been privileged to train ministers from across protestant Christian denominations. Most of our graduates are making impact within the Lake Basin Region and beyond
New Student Registration
We ran 3 semesters in a calendar year. Students may register in January, May or September semesters.
Academic Guidance
The academic programs are guided by well-qualified personell with job and ministry experience. Students privileged to study with us are greatly enriched by such guidance. Theological conferences held also add to such.

Why Lake Basin Region Centre for Theology?
Over the past we have witnessed an increase in enrollment and moreso from a number of protestant Christian churches particulary from within the Lake Basin Region and beyond. The Lake Basin Region covers countries such as Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, DRC and Kenya.
Quality training
We are endowed with qualified lecturers with practical experience in the ministry.
Bible based teaching
Teaching at the Centre is based on the scripture which is the authority in all matters of faith according o 2nd Timothy 3:16-17.
Field ministry
We run field education ministry where students are attached to congregations where they become part and serve. Through such field ministry, they become enriched with practical skill for ministry.
Outreach ministries
We endeavour to evangalize communities so that they can hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Counselling ministry
We take cognisance of the fact that communities experience family and communal challenges and therefore avail our counselling programs in heir support.

Give Support
Most students enrolling at the institution experience challenge in raising fees. Scholarship fund would go a long way in supporting their training. funds are also required for infrastructural development. Your support will therefore enrich the ministry at the Centre.
